We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources professional to join a hardworking and committed team for a short-term temp based contract.

Working closely with the Manager, Human Resources, in this busy role, you will provide generalist human resource services, including performance leadership; end to end recruitment and selection; employee onboarding and separation processes; learning and development initiatives; HR/IR advice to business on policies and procedures; HR documentation and reports; HR projects as well as HR administrative duties.

Key skills and experience required:

  • More than five years demonstrated experience in human resources with sound experience in managing end to end recruitment exercise independently.
  • Sound knowledge of human resource management principles and relevant legislation, policies, and procedures and ability to apply knowledge in the execution of the role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to synthesize information and present it in a succinct, clear language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and rapport that enable outputs to be achieved in a timely manner
  • High level administrative and co-ordination skills
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise Microsoft (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook) and other software packages to at least an intermediate level.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management and organisational skills
  • Sound understanding of workplace health and safety principles
