Chandler Macleod is working with a leading organisation who currently have an exciting employment opportunity for an exceptional administrator, ideally with a HR, Recruitment or Learning and Development background. This role will be temporary in nature for approximately three months to support the Organisational Development team in all things HR.

As the Administrator/HR officer you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, diary management, as well as general high-volume administration and coordination. Your ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and have the capacity to multitask and the flexibility to adapt to meet changing deadlines is key to succeeding in the role.

Essential to your success will be your ability to contribute and demonstrate:

  • High level administration skills and experience
  • Experience working with multiple databases
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • An enthusiastic, motivated, 'can do' personality;
  • A passion for working with people and finding solutions;
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to pick up the phone and speak to stakeholders at all levels of seniority;
  • Prior experience working within recruitment, training and development or human resources will be highly regarded.
