Chandler Macleod are working with a Tier One Mining company for an exciting opportunity. We are seeking an Injury Management Specialist for a 6 -month contract based in Perth CBD with flexible working arrangements.

 
About this role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and provision of injury management advice and services to the organization and their clients. The Injury Management Specialist will provide support to clients, management, and staff in the areas of injury management, return to work, case management, and rehabilitation. The specialist will also provide advice and assistance to management and staff on injury management matters.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and assistance to management and staff on injury management matters
  • Developand implement injury management plans in consultation with clients
  • Monitor, review and evaluate injury management plans
  • Liaise with external parties such as insurers, doctors, and other health professionals
  • Provideadvice and support to staff on return-to-work options
  • Developand implement effective return to work programs
  • Developand maintain positive working relationships with clients and external stakeholders
  • Assistwith the development and implementation of injury management policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, or related field
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in injury management and rehabilitation
  • Abilityto work independently and in a team
