Your new role
In these roles you will have the chance to use your strong stakeholder engagement skills, and highly developed organisation skills. No task will be too big or too small for you and you will enjoy working across a broad range of functions and responsibilities.

As an integral member of the growing HR team, you will be required to provide support in the following areas:

  • Award interpretation and advice
  • Industrial relations both proactive and reactive
  • Development of policies and procedures
  • Dealing with internal stakeholders and managing any queries and issues management
  • HR reporting and analysis
  • HR Analytics design and implementation

    What you will need to succeed

    You will use your strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and solid understanding of best practice HR to help deliver a range of HR services to a diverse range of internal stakeholders.

    Having exceptional time management skills will be a key strength. You will have the ability to move between tasks swiftly and reactively. Your attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal skills and relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business will be paramount to your success within the role. An ability to work effectively under pressure will be invaluable. You will be part of a supportive, hardworking team that works together to get the job done.
