Are you looking to break into the HR industry? Well, Baiada is looking for candidates like you to fill a busy and exciting role within their Mount Kuring-Gai cooked facility.

We are looking for candidates who are currently studying HR or have recently completed a HR degree and who are looking for an entry level role - we are open to all backgrounds with transferable skills.

This role will be working on day shifts (between business hours), Monday to Friday and you will be required to travel to the Pendle Hill site 1-2 times a week. There also may be requirements for working outside standard business hours to attend meetings and investigations.

More about the duties of the role?

  • Overseeing Recruitment activities
  • Uploading new starter information to databases and monitoring
  • Assisting management with any employee related matters or legislation
  • Assisting with EA negotiations
  • Participating in audits
  • Assisting in other IR administration tasks as required

What do we need from you?

  • The right attitude! You will need to be motivated, resilient, calm, assertive and compassionate
  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources or other relevant area - or currently studying towards
  • Medium to advanced computer skills
  • High level organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively and remain calm under pressure
