Our Client is looking to recruit a Temporary HR BP for a period of 4 weeks. This is a role requiring an experienced HR Business Partner who can hit the floor running.

This highly visible position is key within the HR team in driving true business partnerships to assess, anticipate and drive change.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Develop strong relationships with employees, managers and executives
  • Drive business results through effective people management
  • Manage lead and coach a team of HR professionals to effectively deliver the people and culture strategy
  • Provide specialist advice to leaders and employees in the areas of:

    o Establishment and workforce planning

    o Recruitment & selection

    o Employment relations

    o Performance management

    o Remuneration & benefits advice

    o Organisational development initiatives

    o Policies & procedures

    o Grievance & complaint management

    o Conducting investigations

Experience required:

  • Degree qualified or post graduate diploma in HR, IR or similar
  • Extensive experience of managing and leading HR teams
  • Demonstrated experience of contemporary HR practices and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret awards & enterprise agreements
  • Demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
