Fixed term position for 6 months

Manager HR Operations

One of our biggest clients are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their company located in Dandenong for an ASAP start.

The role of the HR Business Partner is to provide excellent people management advice, support and customer service to key stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities include:
-Workforce planning
-Recruitment, selection, talent acquisition and onboarding
-Probation Management
-HR generalist advice, support, and service
-HR data integrity and policies & processes efficiencies
-People management capability
-Operational Management
-People and Team

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications
Essential

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Substantive experience in the HR field


Skills and Experience
Mandatory

  • Demonstrable current experience and capability in providing HR advice, support and services to varied clients in a complex environment.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering outcomes in a timely way that meets business needs.
  • Understanding of contemporary and quality HR solutions and services across the employee life cycle such as recruitment, induction, performance management etc.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills including proven ability to provide quality client service, deal with conflict situations and provide effective advice across the business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a business partner model.
  • Proven skills in utilising MS Office applications, HR computing systems and using data to inform decision making.
  • Strong written skills and the ability to formulate and reformulate key employment documents (or something similar)
  • Capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities (or similar)

Desirable

Experience using and updating CHRIS21 HRIS and Recruitment & Onboarding systems

  • Current Employee Working With Children Check.
  • Right to Work in Australia on an unrestricted basis for example, birth certificate, passport.
