About the role:

  • Delivering consistent, proactive HR Advisory support to various stakeholders within the organisation
  • Provide specialist advice on IR matters including awards, legislation, certified agreement, policy and procedure
  • Facilitate change and consultation
  • Case manage internal and external grievances, including conducting investigations
  • Support management and employees with complex employment and performance matters
  • HR system and processes improvement
  • Employment lifestyle processes including position descriptions, advertising vacancies, coordinating selection processes, onboarding, probation and cessation

About you:

  • You will have tertiary qualifications in HR, Employment Relations or broad experience in a HR Generalist role
  • You will have previous experience working with HR information systems and e-recruitment systems
  • You will have previous experience working with IR/ER policies, procedures and industrial instruments
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels of the organisation
