HR Advisor

Temp full time contract until June 2023

Rate - $50 per hour plus super

Located in Doncaster

Offering a hybrid working arrangement

One of our reputable state government clients are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join their HR department for an ASAP start. The HR Advisor will be responsible for performance management, management of the GAP's pathway 2 process, grievances and coaching of managers.

Requirements & Skills:

-Experience working within a complex HR environment -the role will be supporting the operational and corporate client group, with all facets of the HR life cycle.

-Understanding and interpreting policies, procedures and Awards.

-Good communication and written skills.

Specific Duties:

-Liaising with relevant teams, client group and providing HR Advice as well as coaching and supporting managers with performance management conversations, grievances and welfare meetings.

-Attending leadership meetings and providing HR updates as well and answering general HR queries.

Please note that the successful candidate will need to undergo security checks such as a National Police Clearance.
