Chandler Macleod is seeking a HR Administrator to join our client based in Pyrmont for a Part time 6 month opportunity.

Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm

Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing support to the People and Culture Manager
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Follow up on employee wellbeing
  • Manage events and logistics
  • Assist with putting together contracts based on existing templates
  • Maintain database and employee files
  • Communicate with other divisions
  • Adhoc administration
To be suitable for this role you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration
  • Ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail
  • Human Resources degree/diploma highly desirable
  • Experience with a HR system desirable
