Our Client is a NSW Government Agency who are responsible for the delivery of services to some of the most disadvantaged individuals, families and communities in NSW. There are currently multiple opportunities for suitable Housing Assistants to join their Dubbo team.

The Housing Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing support to the client service delivery team. This will involve providing a high level of support through managing a range of administrative and client service functions.

  • Responding to counter and telephone enquiries
  • Providing information to Clients and referring Clients' enquiries and information on to relevant staff
  • Managing the shared mail inbox
  • Managing Client information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity
  • Collating and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence

    To be considered for this position, candidates will:
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a can do attitude with the ability to work within a team
  • Be organised and have the ability to manage and prioritise conflicting priorities
  • Have a valid driver's licence
  • Be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance

    This position is for an immediate start for the right candidate and is expected to run until 4th November 2022, with the potential for extension for the right fit.
