Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS1 Helpdesk Support on a contract for 6 Months, with potential extensions.
Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Service Desk/Help Desk experience providing level 1 support is essential
  • Customer centric and provide superior support for clients
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven troubleshooting experience
  • Have and display strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure in a busy, Help Desk centre environment
  • Ability to work remotely from home as and when required.
  • Current baseline security clearance.
