We currently have an exciting PT opportuntiy for someone looking to et experience as Guest Booking Attendants.
This position is expected to provide a high level of service to the College as one of the first points of contact in the reception/front desk area for a varied client base including residential students, visitors, academics and conference guests.

As the first point of contact for all clients and guests, your duties will include, however are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for all room/ long-stay bookings, ensuring a friendly greeting and accommodating check-in service
  • Entering bookings into the Room Reservation System, updating bookings as required, maintaining booking database
  • Answering all general incoming calls, screening and directing them accordingly
  • Maintaining an organised, professional and safe reception environment
  • Provide efficient and professional assistance to internal/external stakeholders - meeting, greeting and directing the College amenities users around the premise
  • Ensuring smooth bookings of accommodation and arranging rooms and conference facilities accordingly
  • Update and maintaining key documentation
  • Manage and maintain office requirements - Ordering of supplies for the office
  • Ad Hoc administration support and the occasional finance administration support

    The successful applicant will be highly organised with strong communication skills and have prior experience in a similar role.
    Additionally, to be considered for this role you must:
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation (internal and external customers)
  • Motivation and ability to work autonomously, managing priorities and reception function
  • Advanced administrative skills (Office 365, MS Word, Office, Excel & Outlook)
  • Professional telephone manner, with the ability to adapt to changing clientele

    This role will potentially develop into a full time role depending on how things go within the position and what you are wanting to do. This role could potentially be suitable for current university students who can fit studies in around 1pm - 6 pm
