Our client is a leading investment platform provider across insurance, superannuation and investment products. They are an ASX listed Fintech firm currently experiencing growth and are seeking an ambitious graduate to join their team. The role is an entry level position initially focusing on administration and providing ad hoc support to the Platform Administration team.

The ideal candidate will be one that has Financial Services Experience and looking for an opportunity in a firm that prides itself on career progression whether it be an analyst, client services, sales, etc. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication and administration skills.

The Role:

  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure tasks are delivered efficiently
  • Manage the mail room and any ad hoc administration tasks
  • Maintain Superannuation account administration and any transactional payments including contributions, fee transactions and savings/payment plans
  • Maintain accurate file notes to ensure compliance with regulations

You Need:

  • 1+ years industry experience
  • Experience managing a mail room and administration tasks
  • Desirable to have financial planning/investments/superannuation experience
  • Strong and articulate communication skills
