Chandler Macleod is currently looking for a Geo-intelligence Product Development Manager to join a large Government organisation. This position you will be based across various Sydney locations with a 12-month contract term.

This role works in small team dedicated to developing and supporting high end scripting and exercise support material. You will provide expertise and advice on the development of high quality mapping products to support the production of training materials.

Your Daily Duties:

  • Exercise geo-intelligence product development.
  • Engagement with key stakeholders within geospatial units and agencies in order to co-ordinate production of the product to support exercise design and delivery.
  • Attendance at planning conferences.
  • Provide input into training evaluations and manage the lessons learned process - specifically how do we make training more realistic after every evolution.
  • Provide SME input.
  • Forecast and plan future production schedule.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in the development of geo-intelligence/spatial products.
  • Experience in the use of commercial geographical information systems (e.g. Falconview/Geoviewer/Serval).
  • Security NV1 - Can be previously held.
  • Previous military experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in developing learning products.
  • Experience in a training or instructional role.
