MASSIVE RECRUITMENT DRIVE - for responsible, self-motivating General labourers to join our Production Teams.

If you are interested in working in Horticulture at a brand-new facility located in Pakenham – “APPLY NOW” A team of enthusiastic people are required to bring this brand-new facility to life as we prepare to cultivate those delicious Blackberries, Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries that we see in our major stores.


Weekdays – Monday to Friday Start/Finish Times
Flexible start and finish times, hours range from 7am – 4pm

Pay Rate – Ranging from $30+ per hour

About the Role:
 
  • Medium to Fast Paced Environment
  • Relocating crops from nursery beds to be replanted
  • Ongoing support and training provided
Key Attributes:
  • Be fit and healthy (ability to stand for long periods of time)
  • Must have Valid White card
  • Quick, nimble hands with great coordination
  • Drive, initiative, and ability to multi-task
  • Committed and practical approach to safety including the wellbeing of colleagues
