We are looking to find an engaging, and experienced Fundraising and Business Development Manager to join the Garden Village team.

Why the team needs you
Reporting to the CEO, the purpose of this role is to build and develop strategies to drive fundraising to facilitate revenue and services across the organisation. The position will also drive business development activities and opportunities across the organisation, particularly community services and retirement living.

A key responsibility is to create enduring third-party business and fundraising partnerships with corporate partners, philanthropic trusts, foundations, and individual donors as well as,
  • Develop strategy for diverse and ongoing giving and effective fundraising
  • Generate and maintain business leads and partnerships
  • Promote Garden Village services
  • Identify and complete grant applications
  • Build relationships with strategic business and fundraising partners
  • Ensure fundraising activities operate within relevant fundraising regulations
What you'll bring to the team.
To be successful in this role, you have high levels of adaptability, personal motivation, enthusiasm, and flexibility. You are collaborative and possess exceptional communication skills which enables you to liaise effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Your proven development and implementation of successful business and fundraising strategies as well as tertiary qualifications in fundraising, business development, communications or marketing will be key to your success in this role as well as,
