My Client a Leading Financial Services Institution.

Are looking for an experienced contact centre representative to join their successful happy team.

The role is based in the Fraud division 

As a Fraud officer you will be dealing with inbound calls from customers who have experienced credit card fraud.

Duties for this role consist of:

Taking Inbound calls regarding fraudulent activity.

Speaking with Internal and external Departments regarding fraudulent activity.

Meeting Targets and  adverage handling times for calls.

General administration duties.


This is a hybrid role with one day in the CBD office and the rest is work from home.

If you:

Have 12 months experience in a Call Centre,

Ideally Banking, Financial Services or Insurance.

Strong communication Skills.

A calm friendly empathetic nature
