Chandler Macleod are seeking experienced yard forklift operators for roles in Chipping Norton operating a range of plant equipment.

This position is day shift working in a Steel Recycling yard for one of Australia's largest producers of Steel.

Regular daily and Saturday overtime available. Shifts generally are commencing at 6:30 am and finish at 4pm.

These are potentially temp to permanent positions for the right candidates.

We are seeking reliable, self thinking and committed candidates seeking a long term position.

Being outdoors you need to be prepared to work in all weather conditions , these role are very different from working in a warehouse environment.

Tasks will include:

* Operate Forklift
* Sorting metals Weighing and recording
* Loading and Unloading trucks
* Work safely to WHS standards
* Work unsupervised


Ideally we are looking for someone who:
* Has experience operating forklifts in various environments including a recycling yard or with the Steel Industry
* Shows initiative and enjoys a team environment
* Has an LF Forklift license and at least 2 years experience
* Be reliable
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
