Chandler Macleod are looking for an experience Store Person with a Forklift License for a long term career opportunity in the Western Suburbs. Our client is a leading and successful food manufacturing giant supplying meals to many of the globes major Airlines.

They are currently offering rotating Day and Afternoon Shifts with an ongoing casual roster Monday to Sunday. All shifts are 8 hours plus overtime. Day Shift starts between 5am and 6am. Afternoon Shift starts between 11am and 12pm.

A generous hourly rate starting at $30.84 plus Weekend and Overtime penalties. This is a casual position with full-time hours, you will be expected to work a minimum of 5 days a week. There are opportunities to progress to perm for the right person.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Receipt of incoming goods and checks quantities/ quality of products
  • Unpacking and labelling stock
  • Ensure warehouse is tidy and clean at all times
  • Operating a forklift or other manual handling devises
  • Performing manual stocktakes and document discrepancies
  • Ensure stock rotation
  • Ensure adherence to Galley Loading Plan (GLP), Cart Packing Plan (CPP) and Equipment loading Plan (ELP)

    In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have:
  • Prior experience working as a store person
  • A current LF License
  • Experience driving a Counterbalance and Reach forklift
  • A current valid Australian State/Territory drivers license
