FORKLIFT DRIVERS - COUNTERBALANCE & HIGH REACH (LF)

Chandler Macleod have opportunities for forklift drivers to "JOIN THE TEAM" at Australia's leading designer, manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of 4WD vehicle equipment and accessories. This client is in Kilsyth, Victoria and provide diversity and inclusiveness, growth and an environment that provides great culture, teamwork, passion and drive.

We are wanting experienced motivating forklift drivers to assist with day to day tasks in the Inwards / Outwards Department. If you have operated counterbalance and High Reach Forklifts then opportunity is knocking for you.


These roles require successful applicants to be flexible for shifts operating across day and afternoons. Monday to Friday, potential for overtime and weekends. Dayshift 7.30am - 3.36pm. Afternoon Shift 3.30pm - 11.36pm

Key responsibilities

  • Unloading and Loading arrival of products
  • RF Scanning and labelling
  • Re-palletising and shrinkwrapping for putaways
  • Palletising, shrinkwrapping for despatch to be transported Locally, Nationally and Internationally
  • General housekeeping
  • Adhering to all OH&S Policies and Procedures inclusive of Standard Operating Procedures


Required Skills, Behaviours and Experience

  • A team mindset; recognising that the company's success depends on effective teamwork.
  • The capacity to grasp concepts easily including reading and following SOP's.
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S and Environmental regulatory requirements.
  • Adhering to ALL manual handling policy including use of lifting aids or asking for assistance when lifting heavy or bulky loads.
  • Committed and practical approach to safety including the wellbeing of colleagues.
  • Drive, initiative and ability to multi-task
