Chandler Macleod is currently searching for experienced forklift drivers for an iconic Australian brand who specialises in Poultry products. We have a vacancy on day and afternoon shift at our client site in Wingfield and Pooraka. Are you the ideal person we are searching for? Read on!

About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced forklift driver to work in a poultry distribution, this could include the freezer area. This position could include but not limited to
  • Stack/unstack crates on/off pallet
  • Processing dirty crates through machine
  • Use of Forklift to move pallets
  • Clean, tidy and labouring tasks
  • Ambient/warm temperatures or Freezer environment 
  • Loading and unloading crates onto pallets
  • Off-site location

Skills & Experience:
  • Own car and drivers licence
  • Reliable
  • Must have been in a forklift role in the last 6 months (desired)
  • At least 2 years forklift experience (essential)
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to demonstrate initiative
  • Complete manual handling correctly
  • Hard-working and positive attitude
  • Able to work independently
