Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting casual staff for our client, a confectionary manufacturer located in Ringwood. We are seeking experienced food production workers to join the company's growing team.

The role will see you performing duties such as:

filling hoppers with raw product, monitoring machines, emptying bins of extra products, packing off production lines, setting moulds for raw product and mixing ingredients.

Operational hours are from:

Monday to Friday across 3 Shifts: Day Shift 7.30am - 3.30pm, Afternoon Shift 3.30pm - 11.30pm and Night Shift 11.30pm - 7.30am and some weekend work required. You must be available for 2 out of the 3 shifts. This is a daily roster which will also include short notice shifts when not rostered. It is important that you are able to work both rostered and short notice shifts throughout the week.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in food production environments.
  • Flexibility to attend work with short notice
  • Own car and licence
  • Ability to lift 15 kgs
