About the role
We are partnering one of Australia's leading resources companies, to secure the services of an experienced Fixed Planner Planner responsible for providing a strong, effective and good
practice planning service to support successful project delivery. This assignment will cover a period of 12 months, on a 2:1 roster, with 12 hour day working in a coastal WA Pilbara location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Ensuring that each project complies with its related planning and reporting obligations under the contract as well as those for our client
  • Read and assess a scope of work
  • Develop a logically sequenced and realistic project schedule,
  • Record changes to the work plan and identification of risks and opportunities for schedule improvement and mitigation.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following work experience:

  • Extensive experience in fixed plant planning gained on-site within the resources industry
  • Prior planning in materials handling | shutdowns | SMP & E&I construction

Ideal candidates must also hold the following prerequisites:

  • Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering | Fitting | Plant Maintenance
  • P6 experience essential
  • Provide a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Provide a current Drivers Licence
