The Client

Our Client is a small business specializing in the manufacturing of rubber ramps. Based in Cardiff, the diverse role of Financial Administrator incorporates many facets of administration including providing outstanding customer service with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable duties, triaging the organizations inbox, and providing quotes to customers regarding orders along with general ad-hoc administration duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have a diverse set of administration and office skills and will have experience and enjoy working in a small business environment with strong customer service skills and the ability to juggle tasks of multiple priorities. The successful candidate will also be able to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have a strong and personable phone manner.

  • 8am to 4pm (7.30-4pm on Mondays).
