Our client is seeking to engage a Finance Support Analyst on a contract until 10 Months, with potential extension.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Management of monthly process including analysis, investigation, ad-hoc queries, and commentary of financial results.
  • Performing analytical reviews on management reporting output to add value to the end-users, explaining trends, investigating unusual variances, highlighting and monitoring risks and opportunities, and linking these back into the various strategies or plans of the respective businesses.
  • Work with leadership team to understand and actively manage risk and performance in the business.
  • Co-ordination and review of the annual planning and forecasting cycle with AU Team, AU Head and regional key stakeholders
  • Management of Telco expenses in Tango system, performing trend analysis, review, and approval of telco invoices.
  • Management of assets through coordination with Fixed Assets team and leading the assessment for annual impairment and highlighting any risk of write-offs to AU Head and Region.
  • Reviewing purchase requisitions raised by Team to assess budgetary requirements.
  • Co-ordination of accruals and ad-hoc entries with FRSS Manila team.
  • Provide capital costs and project spend to AU Local Regulatory Reporting Team when required.
  • Establish strong relationships & partnerships with O&T internal clients, including local & regional finance, O&T management, products, and business stakeholders.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Relevant finance degree and/or professional qualifications that shows close connection to FP&A activities
  • Ideally 5-8 years' experience with banking/corporate background
  • Articulate, confident, & effective communicator (written & verbal).
  • Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • High energy levels able to meet tight deadlines and manage flexible working hours.
  • Inquisitive with strong analytical & problem-solving skills, including process improvement initiatives.
  • Team player, self-motivated, strong initiative, & results oriented.
  • Professional & maintains discretion for confidential work.
