Finance Officer

We are looking for someone who has experience in the enterprise and retail/wholesale industries.
The position reports to the Managing Director.

The role requires gaining an understanding of the business in order to develop and implement in depth financial advice and reporting;

Key duties include
  • Managing forecasting and contribute to business decisions;
  • Understanding the shareholders’ commercial objectives and expectations;
  • Advising on financial matters for all manner of business decisions;
  • Managing the annual budget, financial forecasting and controlling company assets;
  • Managing the company property portfolio;
  • Advising on investment decisions, including foreign currency contracts; and
  • Liaising with outside accountants and auditors to manage taxation and auditing duties
  • Oversea Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable and Income Audit functions.
  • Ensure that Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled monthly basis and the supporting documents are attached to support the figures.
