As the Finance Officer you will play an important part in the overall business. You will be responsible for supporting the processing of the day-to-day Finance department functions such as.

The Role
As the Finance Officer you will play an important part in the overall business. You will be responsible for supporting the processing of the day-to-day Finance department functions such as.
- Manage all tasks associated with the accounts receivable and payable functions
- Support the processing of day-to-day Finance department tasks such as payment runs, supplier reconciliations, staff expense and credit card processing, etc
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate financial records
- Handle any in-office correspondence and documentation related to the position.
- Work closely with other departments to support customer requests.
- Assist with other general Finance administration duties as required
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
