Although Australian based, they have warehouses in three continents and export to over 25 countries.

They are currently seeking a Finance Officer to join their growing team in a full-time capacity.

As the Finance Officer you will assist in the tasks associated with the Accounts Receivable function within the business in particular following up on overdue customer accounts as well as;

  • Correct allocation of Accounts Receivable monies received within Sage Evolution
  • Maintenance of appropriate company records & month end processes associated with the Accounts Receivable function;
  • Timely provision of all relevant information to management where required;
  • Filing and filing system maintenance related to the position;
  • Handling any of In-Office correspondence and documentation related to the position;
  • Completion of ad hoc tasks & other tasks, within the scope of company activities, as and when required, including participation in company stocktake

In order to be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following skills and experience in the following,

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable ( 1+years)
  • Ability to work with the other areas of the business;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Good knowledge of accounting software;
  • Ability to work unsupervised;
