Our client is seeking to engage a Office and Finance Manager in a Permanent, Full Time position.

About the Role:

Oversee all finance operations


  • Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
  • Processing
  • Payroll associated HR administration
  • Payroll month end returns ie Super, CSA etc
  • Portable LSL reconciliation, calculation and lodgement * Payroll Tax calculation and lodgement
  • Conducting annual salary surveys
  • Interpretation of Award's for all employees and process pay accordingly
  • Apprentice management including apprentice signup, CIT enrolments, accommodation, yearly pay progressions, incentive claims Workers Comp
  • RTW coordinator and workers compensation claims submission
  • Workers comp reimbursements from insurance company
  • Workers comp wage declaration and return


  • Invoicing, simple to complex contract job administration
  • Chasing payment and decision for debt collection
  • Creditors processing, reconciling and payment
  • BAS & PAYG preparation and lodgement
  • IAS preparation and lodgement
  • EOFY Payment summary reconciliation and STP finalisation
  • Yearly Subcontractor payments reconciliations and submission
  • Reconciliation of all GL accounts
  • Bank reconciliation of loans and loan accounts
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts
  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Maintain cashflow
  • Maintain depreciation and amortization spreadsheets and generate reports - in conjunction with accountant
  • Monitor P&L for transaction verification


  • Creating and revising job descriptions
  • Subcontractor compliance including current insurances
  • Developing, revising, and recommending policies and procedures
  • Submission of tenders on portals
  • Annual insurance review
  • SLJC submissions
