My client based in North Ryde is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role: Finance Administrator
Length: Permanent
Rate: $75-85K + Super (depending on experience)
Location: North Ryde
Type: Mainly office based - may have some WFH flexibility


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Raise and process Purchase Orders
  • Process invoice and payment claims
  • Liaise with subcontractor/internal stakeholders
  • Assist with subcontractor on-boarding
  • Liaise with client representatives
  • Assist with reporting on the various projects
  • Document control

Looking for someone with:

  • Good communication skills
  • High volume payment processing
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ideally someone with JDE
  • Team player
  • Strong time management skills

This role would suit someone that has previous experience in :

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Assistant
  • Reporting - Accounts
  • Accounts All-rounder
