Our client, Baiada is an iconic Australian business that is renowned for its premium chicken products. They have a requirement in their Hanwood processing Facility for a person to join as an feed mill weighbridge.
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will be required to utilize your administration and people skills to be a motivated all-rounder who is keen to learn all aspects of fast paced Inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring efficient and continued operation the weighbridge when required during busy periods and/or to cover staff leave
  • Completing daily stock take duties and data entry when required
  • Co-ordinating data and generating the reports and invoicing pertaining to Hanwood Feed mill Production when required
  • Order commodities when required
  • Follow up on late or incorrect product deliveries when required
  • Assist with the auditing of all incoming / outgoing delivery dockets
  • Assist with CoR requirements and Non-Conformance Reports
  • Liaise with Suppliers, Carriers, Growers, and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries of incoming / outgoing product
  • Assist with raw ingredient logistics and bookings
  • Perform quality control checks for incoming grains against specifications
  • Ensure traffic flow is controlled for incoming/outgoing trucks onsite against approved safety practices
