Our client, Baiada is an iconic Australian business that is renowned for its premium chicken products. They have a requirement in their Hanwood Feed Mill, for an experienced Inventory/Production clerk.

Reporting to the Inventory Manager/Office Supervisor, you will be required to utilize your administration and people skills to be a motivated all-rounder who is keen to learn all aspects of fast paced inventory and weighbridge operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring efficient and continued operation of the weighbridge when required during busy periods and/or to cover staff leave
  • Completing daily stock take duties and data entry when required
  • Co-coordinating data to generate reports and invoicing pertaining to production
  • Follow up on late or incorrect product deliveries
  • Assist with inventory management requirements
  • Assist with Feed Mill production programming
  • Assist with Chep pallet control
  • Assist with the auditing of all incoming / outgoing delivery dockets
  • Assist with CoR requirements and Non-Conformance Reports
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, growers and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries of incoming / outgoing product
  • Assist with raw ingredient logistics and bookings
