We have an opportunity for an experienced facilities officer to join our clients Property Maintenance and Services team in a part time capacity. You will be responsible for undertaking general repairs and maintenance as well as preventative maintenance programs throughout the buildings and related spaces.

Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. You must have solid technical knowledge, manual dexterity and physical stamina.

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • A stable employment history.
  • Basic computer skills
  • An ability to work in occupied areas with an awareness of Safety & respect for others
  • A building trade/handyman background.
  • A sense of responsibility and motivation.
  • A focus on team achievements.
  • Knowledge of methods and materials used in building, grounds and landscaped area, construction and maintenance work.
  • Current police clearance
  • Current working with children's check
