An opportunity is available in Sydney CBD for a Facilities Management company. They have a high volume of work service orders that need your close attention. As an experienced Service Coordinator and Scheduler who has worked in the FM industry, you will be able to step into this fast paced contract role confidently.

Working within a large complex organisation, you will be required to:

  • Review and close off work service tasks that have been unattended
  • Coordinate quotes and permits to enable the work to progress
  • Optimise and resource the Service Delivery Workforce
  • Help plan maintenance tasks and schedules
  • Daily dispatch of work tasks to internal trades and sub-contractors
  • Manage internal reports

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have experience in working for a FM company or a trade company that delivers reactive maintenance services
  • Experience with quoting and arranging permits
  • Solid communication skills and initiative to overcome roadblocks to work completion
  • Must have experience in scheduling trade staff in a service delivery environment
  • Ability to work remotely if required
