We are currently seeking a high-level Facilities administrator to hit the ground running on 3-month project for Perth CBD Government client.

This role requires someone who is confident with facilities administration and providing all-round administration support to the wider team. No job will be too big or too small for you and your enthusiastic and proactive attitude will assist the team to function day to day.

Duties will involve but not limited to:

  • Administration of documents
  • Ordering supplies
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Covering incoming calls as required
  • Providing high level administrative support to the team

Desired experience:

  • Office Management
  • Facilities management/coordination highly desirable
  • Government experience
  • Must pass police and background clearance check

The benefits:

  • Payrate of $41.64 per hour + super paid weekly
