Experience we are looking for is generally based around these roles: Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Contracts Administrator, Data Entry, Human Resources Administrator, Office Assistant, Project Administrator, Receptionist

A brief overview of your duties in these positions would include a variation of the below:

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Taking minutes for meetings
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Data entry
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Preparing documents for meetings
  • Dealing with customers
  • Negotiate and approve contracts and agreements
  • Analyse statements, reports and other documentation
  • Providing administration support to the team
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality


    General requirements across companies:
  • Experience in Administration position or a similar role
  • Good Administration skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Project management
