Our client


Is one of the largest aeromedical organisations in the world, providing extensive primary health care and 24-hour emergency service to people that live, work and travel across Australia.

Right now, they are seeking an experienced Executive Officer to support the CEO and the wider leadership team. This highly visible position provides confidential, executive and administrative assistance across the business ensuring high levels of productivity are reached.


Activities include providing logistical support, conducting strategy and policy research, reviewing and preparing papers and facilitating CEO communications (internally and externally).

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of email and diary management
  • Attend and facilitate videoconferencing and minute meetings
  • Compilation of documents including briefing papers, presentations and performance reports
  • Reading and summarising documents
  • Drafting and reviewing documentation and policies
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, events and workshops
  • Prepare CEO and Executive team with agendas and pre meeting briefings and papers
  • Monthly reconciliation for credit card for CEO and Executive team
  • Manage corporate travel including accommodation arrangements


About you


The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Executive Officer and bring exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to work independently, show initiative and work collaboratively is key.


You will possess superior time management and organisational skills together with a demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines with a high attention detail. Experienced in reporting, record keeping and budgets, your proficiently in the M/S Office suite will be highly proficient together with your video conferencing knowledge across multiple locations and different platforms.
