This position sits with The Member Engagement and Support department’s primary role is to develop and foster positive relationships between the College and the Fellowship across Australasia. The overall objective is to enhance the value of membership of the College to the Fellowship.

Main duties:
Provide high level administrative and secretariat support including but not limited to:
- responding to email, mail and telephone general enquiries
- organise and support teleconferences and face to face meetings o organising travel & accommodation.
- production and organisation of meeting agendas, briefs and papers
- minute taking o managing and updating work plans, databases and other relevant documents
- Act as a point of contact for committee members and College staff and respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide a high-quality service to members and ensure that all enquiries are handled quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Implement and progress Committee decisions (in consultation with SEO, FR); liaise/collaborate with committee Chairs and members, and internal College stakeholders.
- Draft and develop documents e.g. correspondence, reports, applications, submissions, briefs, work plans, online content.
- Ensure FR policies are regularly reviewed and updated with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage member appointments to FR Committees as well as other ad hoc meetings/workshops as required.
- Manage and organise FR events as required.
- Manage and ensure maintenance of up to date records.
- In consultation with the SEO, FR and the Company Secretary, monitor compliance with and advise on by-laws of the FC Committees.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills including negotiation skills gained through dealing with high level stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in delivering professional client, secretariat and administration services, particularly in a membership organisation
- High level of analytical and complex problem-solving skills particularly with limited information, and the initiative and willingness to undertake a range of tasks.
- Stakeholder relationship skills, with demonstrated ability to develop good working relationships with senior professionals and represent stakeholders both internally and externally.
