About the role
Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Executive officer to support senior executives.

You will operate in a complex, dynamic and high performing environment, with a strong collaborative culture that values diversity. Your work will make a real difference to the lives of local community members and Australian's more broadly.

Your key duties will be:

  • Scheduling and coordinating delivery of key work elements in collaboration with relevant managers
  • Quality checking key documents for senior officer clearance
  • Engage with key service providers and collaborate with other areas of the department
  • Undertake research and prepare presentations to support senior executive briefings
  • Assist managers across the Agency with ad-hoc tasks as required

    The successful candidate will have:
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect concepts across a complex program of work;
  • Be highly motivated with excellent organizational and coordination skills;
  • Have the ability to work fluidly in a dynamic and creative environment;
  • Be resilient and able to manage competing priorities, and time critical processes;
  • Have the ability to communicate sensitively and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Be available to undertake some travel to Canberra and regional South Australia.
