About the Organisation:
Chandler Macleod is proud to partner with an entity of Victorian State Government. Located in the Melbourne CBD, this opportunity is available for a talented and driven candidate who is confident to support 3 executives in an on-going full-time opportunity.

Key responsibilities/duties:
  • Manage the daily administrative tasks inclusive of data management, record keeping and data entry
  • Coordinate and provide high level executive and administrative support to three executives
  • Act as the administrative liaison with the parliamentary offices and senior stakeholders
  • Provide secretariat support for Executive Group, including coordination of agenda items and papers, minute-taking at meetings, and arranging venues and catering
  • Project support and management as requested and required by the advisor to the executive team
  • Executive support for internal and external meetings and conferences
  • Draft correspondence, reports and submissions on behalf of the executive team
  • Travel management, diary management, email management as required
  • Other duties as and when required
About you:
  • Due to the Government mandate for this Government entity, successful applicants must have full covid vaccination + one booster
  • Prior experience in a similar role under Australian rules and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high-quality administrative and executive support to senior executives
  • Previous working experience within public sector highly regarded but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Teams, Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook), SharePoint
  • Proven time management skills and ability to provide support within a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Sense of professionalism to work with sensitive information with integrity
  • Ability to prioritise workload and demands with minimal supervision
