Our client is seeking to engage an Executive Assistant on a contract for 6 months, 3 Days a week.

Position Overview

We are looking for a professional and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide support to the Head of Corporate Affairs and a team of 7 in Sydney. The successful candidate will understand how to provide effective and efficient support gained from extensive experience as an admin professional.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Organisation and coordination of domestic and international travel bookings, accommodation, and transfers
  • Responding to calls and emails on behalf of the Head
  • General team administration, including procurement, vendor onboarding, expense reconciliation
  • Support for functional areas of corporate affairs, including helping with client and employee events, volunteering and e-mail communications
  • Establish relationships with key clients and both internal & external stakeholders demonstrating a high level of confidentiality
  • Relationship management with your manager's direct reports and wider business unit
  • Liaison with external executive bodies with whom the Head has an established role with
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
