Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS4 Evaluation Administration Officer on a contract for 6-12 Months, with potential extension.

About the Role:

The Evaluation Team evaluates the programs designed and delivered by the Centre for Leadership and Learning (CLL). The team undertakes research, analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement and inform future capability development across the client. The Evaluation Administration Officer role will work directly to the Evaluation Manager (APS6/EL1) to collect and analyse evaluation data to inform the ongoing design and delivery of CLL programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collection, collation and storage of evaluation data
  • Under guidance, analyse, monitor and interpret data
  • Under guidance, prepare and present evaluation data
  • Contribute to work program planning
  • Managing evaluation mailbox

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Ability to, under guidance, interpret and present evaluation data
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Interest in survey design, data collection, data management and data visualisation
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be required to have a Baseline clearance.
