Are you a customer focused, construction industry experienced individual who demonstrates the ability to work well within a team orientated culture?

You will be exposed to a variety of construction projects where your responsibilities will include:

  • Contract and Specifications Review for each allocated project
  • Liaising with Construction team members to assess project conditions and required inclusions
  • Manage and assess the Quotation process for each allocated project
  • Liaising with external Stakeholders, Suppliers and Contractors to ensure project specs are captured
  • Compiling preliminary comparative pricing and preparing accurate base cost for projects
  • Reading plans for accurate and effective cost control
  • Reviewing purchase orders and supplier / trade pricing
  • Completing set tasks and achieve job targets within designated time frames


To be successful in this role, you will have to demonstrate:

  • Positive attitude and keenness to learn and grow within the company
  • Construction estimating experience - minimum 1 year
  • Sound knowledge and understanding in construction or similar industry
  • Excellent time management skills & the ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Own vehicle and current drivers' license
  • Able to pass a full medical including Drug and Alcohol Test
