About the role
This role will ensure the business is informed of and has insights to the latest product costs, forward estimates, impacts and drivers of change as well as helping to drive delivery of the transformation agenda.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide timely, accurate and insightful analysis for cost rates, actual & forecast;
  • Actively participate in the formulation of strategies, objectives and plans by providing financial expertise, pro-active insights, problem solving, counsel and recommendations;
  • Drive and lead initiatives that matter to the business and deliver results that have a meaningful impact on the success of the business: and
  • Make an active contribution to the team environment, through sharing knowledge and collaborating with others to build an engaged workplace.

    To be successful in this role, you will require the following work experience:
  • 2 - 3 years commercial experience as a Finance Analyst
  • Broad appreciation and understanding of economics, finance, business management and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, capital investment analysis and forecasting techniques.

    Ideal candidates must also hold the following prerequisites:
  • Professional accounting association qualification (CPA/CA)
  • A level 2 Accreditation in Anaplan or TIMS
  • SAP experience highly recommended
  • Provide a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Provide a current Drivers Licence
