Chandler Macleod are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers interested in working for a Government Agency based in Parramatta for a full time temporary position.

The duties for this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Customer Service
  • Management of telephone enquiries
  • Managing appointments
  • Administration support
  • Data entry
  • Provide information for general inquiries
  • Receive and record complaints and feedback into the database

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Be able to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Understanding of disability and its impact on individuals
