Currently, we are seeking experienced administration professionals to register with us for upcoming opportunities with our Client, a giant in the mining sector.

These roles are highly suited to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are seeking employment opportunities within in the WA Pilbara Region and, thus, strongly encourage applications from candidates who identify as such.

To be eligible for these roles, candidates must have previous experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Reception/ Switch Board Operations
  • Administration/ Travel Coordination
  • Personal Assistance/ Executive Assistance
  • Mine Site Administration
  • Project Management/ Coordination
  • Payroll
  • HR/ Recruitment
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service (face-to-face and over-the-phone)
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
