Chandler Macleod WA are currently seeking an Electrician for a position with a local Iron Ore Mining company in Port Hedland. The role will see the successful candidate working within a diverse and productive team and presents fantastic ongoing opportunities. The role is positioned within the Site Infrastructure Department and will see you performing electrical maintenance across all sites.

The successful applicant will ideally be residential to Port Hedland

To perform the duties within the role you will be required to have:

  • Current valid Australian driver license, C class manual at a minimum
  • Valid WA Electrical Licence
  • Demonstrate First Attack Fire Fighting Equipment Certification.
  • Valid CPR
  • Great work ethic and technical knowledge
  • Experience in a similar role is desired
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • A high level of verbal, written literacy skills
  • The ability to pass an extensive medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
  • Ability to work 12 hours shifts, days and nights.
