We have a great opportunity for an experienced senior program support officer to step up and take on their next challenge.
About The Role:
  • Execute complex analysis, reporting, and problem solving within the health programming space to ensure effective and efficient participant outcomes
  • Respond to emerging trends and anticipate delivery/performance issues that may impact the organisations delivery objectives.
  • Engage at a high level with providers, participants, and third parties, facilitating high value and strengthened relationships within the agency’s objectives
  • Deliver on the transformation of the 3P principals: Participant, Platforms, and Processes.
  • Exemplify world-class leadership skills to maximize internal and external departmental efficiency and collaboration
About You:
  • You will have outstanding written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • You will have extensive participant program support experience within the disability or healthcare sector.
  • You will have an excellent understanding of the principals of project management..  
  • You will have experience operating within the federal, state, or local government sector with demonstrated abilities to deliver on government coordinated projects
  • You will have extensive experience in stakeholder engagement with a proven track record of gathering a diverse range of view points for critical analysis.
