Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an EL1 Program Scheduler on a contract for 12 months.

Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Working with Program Delivery Leads to maintain a program master schedule.
  • Collaborating with program stakeholders to review and update dependencies and milestones in the program master schedule.
  • Managing the interface between various work packages to manage the program dependencies.
  • Maintaining the master schedule and comparing work performed against the baseline.
  • Identifying activities affecting the critical path and working with relevant program stakeholders to identify corrective measures.

Desirable skills to have for the role:
  • Tertiary qualification in project management desirable, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodology and project scheduling programs such as MS Projects or Clarizen
